Operator and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and MadeMyApp. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to act for any organization you represent. By using the site, intake, checkout, or services, you accept these Terms.
Project intake and plan approval
You may start through the AI-assisted homepage chat or the manual fallback brief. Intake information helps define a project but is not itself a promise to deliver. A project becomes ready for a quote only after the current requirements are sufficiently complete and you approve the presented plan.
You are responsible for reviewing summaries and correcting omissions before approval.
Your responsibilities and submitted content
You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, lawful instructions, and access or materials reasonably required for the agreed work. You represent that you own or have permission to use and provide all text, images, brands, data, code, repositories, files, and other content you submit.
Do not submit malware, illegal material, secrets you are not authorized to share, or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights.
Scope and change requests
The approved plan, quote, order record, and any written project-specific terms define the scope. Requests outside that scope may change the price or delivery timing and require a separate approval. We are not required to perform new work merely because it is related to the original idea.
Quotes and payment
Public prices are entry points for the stated limited scopes. The checkout displays the approved fixed total for your project. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars and payment is due through the available checkout method before production begins.
Taxes, currency conversion, bank charges, app-store charges, hosting, paid APIs, licenses, and other third-party expenses are excluded unless the quote expressly includes them.
Refunds and third-party expenses
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, considering work already performed, committed production capacity, delivered materials, non-refundable provider costs, and the reason for the request. A request does not guarantee a full or partial refund. Third-party expenses already incurred for your project are normally non-refundable.
Delivery, feedback, and revisions
Delivery estimates depend on timely customer responses, stable scope, provider availability, and any dependencies identified in the plan. Included revision rounds cover corrections within the agreed scope; new features or direction changes are change requests. Bug-fix coverage applies only to reproducible defects in the delivered scope and not to later customer changes or third-party failures.
Intellectual property
After full payment, you receive the rights to customer-specific deliverables stated in the project scope, subject to third-party licenses and the retained rights below. Until full payment, MadeMyApp may withhold final handoff or production access.
MadeMyApp retains ownership of pre-existing know-how, tools, templates, libraries, generalized components, processes, and materials developed independently of your project. We grant the rights reasonably necessary to use those items as incorporated in the paid deliverable. Open-source and third-party materials remain governed by their own licenses.
AI assistance and human review
MadeMyApp uses AI systems to accelerate intake, planning, coding, and other production tasks. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or similar to material produced for others. MadeMyApp applies human review and remains responsible for the delivery commitments it accepts, while you remain responsible for approving the project plan and using the delivered product appropriately.
Third-party services
The service may rely on Supabase, OpenRouter and routed model providers, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, WhatsApp, hosting platforms, app stores, APIs, or other third parties. Their products, availability, pricing, policies, and decisions are outside MadeMyApp's control. You may need to accept separate provider terms or maintain your own accounts.
Acceptable use
You may not use MadeMyApp to violate law or rights; build or distribute malware; exploit or disrupt systems; impersonate others; evade security; generate abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive services; or submit material you are not authorized to use. We may refuse or stop work that creates legal, safety, security, or rights concerns.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue site features and may reject a project before accepting payment. Online services and third-party systems can be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to chat, checkout, dashboards, portals, or external integrations.
Disclaimers
Except for express commitments in an accepted project scope and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or a specific commercial result. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadeMyApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by customer content, customer changes, misuse, or third-party systems. MadeMyApp's aggregate liability arising from an affected project is capped at the amount you paid MadeMyApp for that project. This cap does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the site at any time and may request project cancellation subject to the refund section. MadeMyApp may suspend access or terminate work for non-payment, material breach, abuse, security risk, unlawful instructions, or failure to provide required cooperation. Provisions intended to survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current public version. Changes apply prospectively unless a project-specific agreement says otherwise.
